Job Description

    • Drive growth and market share within key accounts.
    • Manage relationships with major wire & cable manufacturers and OEMs.
    • Execute pricing programs and account strategies.
    • Identify and engage key decision-makers.
    • Lead capital equipment projects from opportunity to installation.
    • Deliver proposals, presentations, and business reviews.
    • Support strategic growth initiatives with regional teams.
    • Conduct customer visits, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
    • Coordinate customer training and technical support.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships and post-sales engagement.
    • Monitor market trends, competitors, and product developments.
    • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
    • Travel extensively across Vietnam

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven B2B sales and key account management experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively.
  • Experience in wire & cable, industrial automation, machinery, or capital equipment industries.
  • Familiarity with project-based sales and solution selling.
  • Experience working with multinational companies and regional team
