Job Description

  • Define and implement digital growth strategy across key channels
  • Manage performance marketing activities such as paid media, mobile acquisition, and partner channels
  • Design and optimize full customer funnel including awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
  • Improve efficiency metrics such as acquisition cost, lifetime value, and conversion rates
  • Apply data, attribution models, and automation tools to enhance effectiveness
  • Set direction for user experience across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and usability
  • Align with product, technology, and data functions to enhance customer journeys
  • Establish brand positioning and ensure consistency across communication channels
  • Oversee campaigns, communication initiatives, and market presence
  • Expand digital ecosystem through partnerships and commerce initiatives
  • Use customer data to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Build marketing intelligence capabilities and data frameworks
  • Apply advanced data and AI tools to personalize customer engagement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Marketing Officer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business, technology, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or digital product environments
  • Background within financial services, fintech, or large digital platforms is preferred
  • Proven success in scaling digital products and driving user growth
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, mobile growth, and lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with data ecosystems, APIs, and marketing technology tools
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capability
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple functions including marketing, product, and technology
  • Data-oriented thinking with strong communication skills
  • High level of accountability, adaptability, and integrity
