Job Description

As a Chief Marketing Officer, the role will take full ownership of the country's marketing function, spanning consumer growth, customer engagement, and product positioning. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, lifecycle, and retention channels
  • Drive performance marketing across key digital platforms and optimize ROI metrics
  • Scale organic channels including SEO, content, and product-led growth initiatives
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to strengthen partner engagement and revenue
  • Define go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new products
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams to drive growth
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing organization
  • Manage marketing budgets with strong accountability for business outcomes
  • Contribute to overall market strategy as a core member of the leadership team

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to growth or performance marketing
  • Proven track record in scaling both paid and organic acquisition channels
  • Experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, or technology-driven businesses preferred
  • Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics, attribution, and ROI optimization
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience in B2B or customer marketing is an advantage
  • Deep understanding of the local market and digital ecosystem
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
