Job Description

  • Supervise the company's system infrastructure to ensure strong functionality, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Guide and make decisions on all engineering processes, including the software development life cycle, technology choices, and the prioritization of projects and workloads.
  • Manage the current engineering team to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain quality assurance, data protection, and compliance processes; ensure mitigation of all relevant security, privacy, and business continuity risks.
  • Identify and evaluate the latest AI technologies that can enhance the company's products and services.
  • Oversee and manage the department's operating budget.
  • Support the recruitment and growth of the engineering, quality assurance, product, and operations teams by hiring strong technical talent.
  • Communicate the company's technology strategy and progress to partners, stakeholders, and investors.

The Successful Applicant

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 8 years of experience in technology roles, including 5 years in management or leadership.
  • 3-5 years in a similar role, ideally within international, tech-driven, or AI-focused startups.
  • Strong understanding of technological and AI/ML trends and the ability to apply them to strategic decision-making.
  • Good to have done successful AI products before
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb new concepts, tools, and technologies.
  • Exceptional logical thinking, problem-solving capability, and communication skills.
