Job Description

  • Lead enterprise-wide ERP initiatives from planning to adoption
  • Drive large-scale transformation programs across business and technology
  • Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and user adoption across functions
  • Manage delivery timelines, budgets, risks, and external partners
  • Develop ERP and digital roadmaps aligned with long-term strategy
  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Define success metrics, monitor change progress, and track project issues and risks
  • Conduct impact assessments, change readiness analysis, and stakeholder mapping
  • Design and execute enterprise communication plans to support transformation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven delivery of large, cross-functional ERP programs
  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of change management and system adoption
  • Able to work effectively across business and technical teams
