This position will plan and schedule appropriate service line to maintain a cost-effective balance between customer service and cost of shipments. He/she will review and process day-to-day operations, evaluate and recommend solutions. And he/she will ensure compliance with all government related programs specific to mode and direction of related shipments.

Our client is a new factory set up in Tay Ninh.

Job Description

  • Propose & manage the budget of logistics department
  • Search and negotiate with transporters and shipping lines, forwarder for the best service and cost to company and decide to select the suitable ones
  • Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies
  • Analyse the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers
  • Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability
  • Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
  • Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
  • Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements
  • Cooperate with functional departments and forwarding companies, shipping lines to make sure of smoothly delivery operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations
  • Strong background in food, beverage, FMCG, dairy, frozen, fresh, or pharma (temperature-controlled preferred).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale distribution networks, multi-site warehouses, and transport fleets.
  • Demonstrated success in cost optimization, service improvement, and transformation projects.
