Job Description

As a Manager, Cloud Platform & DevOps, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead incident management, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop observability, monitoring, and telemetry strategies.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance across engineering platforms.
  • Collaborate with Cloud, Hardware, Firmware, and Software Engineering teams globally.
  • Build and enhance internal developer platforms and self-service capabilities.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code, automation, and engineering best practices.
  • Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager, Cloud Platform & DevOps should have:

  • A strong background in system development and technology management.
  • Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
  • Proficiency in system design, implementation and optimisation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
