Job Description

  • Lead and manage the full accounting function, including AP, AR, payments, invoicing, and statutory tax compliance
  • Deliver timely month‑end closings, management reporting, and financial analysis
  • Ensure strong internal controls and support internal and external audits
  • Manage product costing, inventory valuation, and consumption analysis
  • Partner with operations to monitor and optimise raw materials, consumables, and indirect costs
  • Control and analyse scrap rate, OPEX, CAPEX, and investment performance
  • Review and validate BOMs, purchase orders, contracts, and key legal documents
  • Act as the finance owner for ERP systems and finance‑related processes



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with exposure to full‑set accounting
  • Chief Accountant Certificate (mandatory)
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operations‑driven environments
  • Strong knowledge of costing, inventory control, and month‑end closing
  • Good command of both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
