Job Description

As a Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for enterprise workflow platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Driving the implementation of IT strategies that align with organizational goals in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of the business workflow platform.
  • Providing leadership in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the platform.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements.
  • Staying updated on emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to the platform.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • A background in IT, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing IT products or services, particularly in workflow platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and addressing technical challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • An ability to implement IT strategies that align with business goals.
