Job Description

As a Chinese-Speaking Embedded Software Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of embedded software projects within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders in Chinese and English to provide updates and gather requirements.
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any challenges or risks proactively.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Leading and motivating project teams to achieve high performance and project success.
  • Managing budgets and resource allocation for assigned projects.
  • Implementing project management best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chinese-Speaking Embedded Software Project Manager should have:

  • Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Have experience in the field of Embedded Software Development at least 8 years
  • A strong educational background in technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in project management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of embedded software development processes and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for stakeholder management.
