Job Description

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative digital banking solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to mobile engineering teams.
  • Drive best practices in mobile architecture, code quality, CI/CD, and agile delivery.
  • Participate in product planning, technical roadmap discussions, and feature implementation.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance scalability.
  • Research and introduce modern technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business value.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience in Mobile Development.
  • 2+ years leading or managing mobile engineering teams.
  • Strong expertise in either iOS (SwiftUI/UIKit) or Android (Kotlin) development.
  • Experience building large-scale, multi-market mobile applications.
  • Solid understanding of modern mobile architecture and engineering best practices.
  • Exposure to backend integrations, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and modularized systems.
  • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working within Agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams.
