Job Description

  • Own full lifecycle delivery of AI platform implementations, from initial scoping through production launch
  • Translate business needs into technical deployment plans, including APIs, integrations, and data flows
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Lead hands-on coordination of integrations, system configuration, and iterative refinement of AI agents
  • Manage multiple concurrent deployments, identifying risks, resolving blockers, and ensuring on-time execution
  • Work directly with enterprise clients to shape use cases and expand adoption of AI solutions post-launch
  • Monitor production performance and drive continuous optimisation of deployed systems
  • Operate as a "forward-deployed" problem solver - stepping into technical, operational, and client-facing challenges as needed

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-6 years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, product, or implementation roles
  • Strong exposure to system integrations, APIs, or backend/data flows
  • Proven track record of owning delivery of complex products or platforms into production environments
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to translate between technical architecture and business requirements
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startups, scale-ups, or top-tier tech/consulting firms)
  • Demonstrates strong ownership mindset, structured problem-solving, and clear communication



Highly preferred:

  • Exposure to AI / machine learning / automation products
  • Background in software engineering or hands-on technical experience
  • Experience working directly with enterprise clients in implementation or delivery roles
