Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for inspection and automation systems used in manufacturing environments
  • Support China-based manufacturers in Vietnam by understanding customer needs and coordinating with regional teams
  • Help customers optimize system performance and achieve the best operational results
  • Deliver product training and ongoing technical guidance to customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and reporting processes
  • Utilize internal systems and CRM tools to prepare and submit reports to regional teams and management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Application Support Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or automation environments
  • Experience with CMMs, gauging systems, CNC machines, or quality inspection systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Good Vietnamese and Chinese communication skills are required
  • English is a plus
  • Proactive, energetic, and customer-focused mindset
