Job Description

  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding territory coverage
  • Deliver technical and commercial training to distributors
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide solution-based technical consultation
  • Support exhibitions, seminars, and marketing activities
  • Track leads, sales pipeline, and forecasts
  • Ensure smooth order execution with distributors and customers
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates
  • Provide market insights on pricing, product trends, and competition

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years in technical sales, application engineering, or channel roles
  • Background in B2B industrial or capital equipment sales
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics preferred, open to others...)
  • Exposure to metrology, optical inspection, microscopy, or lab equipment
  • Industry experience in electronics, semiconductor, or precision engineering
  • Strong solution-selling mindset
  • Experience working with distributors / channel partners
  • Energetic, customer-facing, and field-oriented
  • Independent, self-driven, and comfortable with frequent travel
  • Good communication in English
