Job Description

  • Lead and execute the company's long-term financial strategy in alignment with business growth and corporate objectives.
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Establish and manage financial performance metrics, providing insights across business units, products, and customer segments.
  • Own the annual budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes, ensuring financial discipline and agility.
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and capital structure to support sustainable growth.
  • Design and maintain a robust internal control, compliance, and enterprise risk management framework.
  • Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Take full accountability for consolidated financial statements, management reporting, and Board-level reporting.
  • Represent the company in dealings with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organization, driving finance digitalization and process automation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields; international education and professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are strong advantages.
  • 5+ years of senior finance leadership experience (CFO or equivalent) within large-scale, reputable organizations, preferably in technology, digital services, or telecom sectors.
  • Strong expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, accounting, taxation, and risk management.
  • Proven experience working closely with Boards, Executive Teams, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Fluent English with the ability to communicate effectively in executive and cross-border settings.
  • Strategic, high-integrity leader with the capability to scale finance functions and drive digital transformation.
