Job Description

  • Collaborate with enterprise clients to define Data & AI strategies and translate them into scalable, secure solutions.
  • Design and lead implementations of modern data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, streaming, and analytics using tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Flink, Kafka, and more.
  • Lead efforts around GenAI and LLMOps, enabling scalable AI/ML lifecycle management across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
  • Ensure governance, quality, and compliance of data solutions based on international standards (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK).
  • Support pre-sales through demos, estimations, and reusable architecture patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and travel to client sites when required.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 of experience in Data & AI-related roles, including at least 4+ years in AI/ML and recent exposure to Generative AI/LLMs.
  • Hands-on expertise with data engineering, data governance, and cloud data platforms.
  • Familiarity with frameworks and tools like OpenAI APIs, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, etc.
  • Proficient in programming (e.g., Python or Go), with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a multicultural, global team setting.
  • Background in banking/financial services is a strong plus.
