Our client is an innovative AI technology company focused on building intelligent browser-based agents that automate complex operational workflows for enterprise customers. Their Delivery Engineering team is responsible for ensuring production reliability, SLA performance, and scalable deployment across multiple enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 organizations.

Job Description

  • Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade automation pipelines using AI agent technologies and coding agents
  • Own end-to-end testing, validation, monitoring, and quality assurance of deployed solutions
  • Develop alternative technical solutions when browser automation is not the optimal approach
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex web automation and anti-bot related issues independently
  • Create proactive monitoring systems to detect failures before impacting customers
  • Work closely with enterprise clients to gather requirements and support technical discussions
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal standards and account-specific security requirements
  • Contribute to improving delivery efficiency and scaling operational capacity across customer projects



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong ability to understand, debug, and maintain production-level codebases, including AI-generated code
  • Familiarity with AWS fundamentals and experience supporting production deployments
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, technically demanding environments
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently on ambiguous technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in English-speaking enterprise environments
  • Exposure to automation, AI agents, browser workflows, or infrastructure environments is highly preferred
