Job Description

  • Lead and execute the HR strategy for Vietnam in alignment with regional and global objectives
  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to APAC leadership teams
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
  • Oversee key HR functions including C&B, employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development
  • Support business transformation, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate governance standards
  • Champion employee engagement, culture, and diversity & inclusion programs
  • Build and lead a high-performing local HR team

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally within a multinational environment
  • Strong business partnering experience at senior leadership level across multiple markets
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR practices
  • Proven track record in organizational development and change management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian language capabilities are a plus
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
