Job Description

As an E-commerce Sales Manager, FMCG, your will be in charge of:

  • Define and execute an integrated third‑party online sales approach across eCommerce and delivery platforms
  • Hold full accountability for online channel financial outcomes, including revenue and cost management
  • Build sales outlooks and establish channel targets aligned with business plans
  • Control promotional spend, trade investment, and online merchandising activities
  • Oversee daily marketplace operations, including assortment setup, pricing, promotions, and supply coordination
  • Maintain effective working relationships with platform stakeholders such as category and account contacts
  • Secure on‑platform exposure through campaign participation and media discussions
  • Oversee product content quality across pages, visuals, and customer feedback
  • Improve purchase completion through ongoing digital shelf refinement
  • Ensure online content follows established brand and compliance standards
  • Track performance indicators such as GMV, return on investment, acquisition cost, and delivery performance
  • Review performance data to surface growth opportunities and pricing adjustments
  • Work closely with internal teams to align planning, inventory readiness, delivery flow, and customer experience
  • Provide direction, coaching, and skill development for the online sales team

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in eCommerce or online commercial roles
  • Demonstrated accountability for online financial outcomes and channel growth
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace operations and digital marketing practices
  • Experience in commercial discussions with external platform partners
  • High numerical comfort with a structured approach to working with data
  • Clear communication style with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and reporting tools
  • Displays a growth‑oriented, customer‑aware, and outcome‑focused approach
