Job Description

  • Manage end‑to‑end embedded software projects, ensuring scope, cost, quality, and timelines are met
  • Act as the primary interface between local engineering teams and Japanese stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including software, hardware, and quality
  • Monitor project risks, key relationships, and mitigation plans
  • Ensure compliance with internal development processes and customer requirements
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Enable continuous improvement initiatives within project management practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in embedded software project management
  • Strong demonstrate insights of the embedded software development lifecycle
  • Professional Japanese language skills (business communication level)
  • Experience working with global or offshore development teams
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in complex environments
