Job Description

  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure effective implementation based on WCM Reliability Pillars.
  • Lead and drive a "Zero Breakdown" culture across the plant.
  • Establish and maintain a drawing management system for equipment, tooling, products, molds, and related assets.
  • Ensure optimal machine performance and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities and utilities to identify, address, and prevent issues.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all repair, maintenance, and installation activities.
  • Allocate workloads and supervise maintenance personnel to ensure timely task completion.
  • Lead spare parts management activities in compliance with internal control requirements.
  • Monitor equipment condition and spare parts inventory, and initiate procurement when necessary.
  • Control maintenance expenditures and manage the maintenance budget effectively.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and daily activity reports.
  • Lead Management of Change (MOC) processes related to equipment, tooling, and operational changes.
  • Review, plan, and implement preventive and professional maintenance programs to maximize plant uptime while maintaining cost-effective operations.
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure adequate resources, manpower, and materials are available to complete maintenance activities.
  • Lead machine performance improvement initiatives aligned with plant strategy to enhance productivity, product quality, and manufacturing cost efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement through WCM methodologies, Reliability Pillars, and other improvement tools to improve equipment reliability and operational excellence.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of maintenance and reliability experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
  • Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM), TPM, Reliability Pillar, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Proven track record in improving equipment reliability, machine efficiency, and plant uptime.
  • Experience in leading a maintenance team and managing contractor activities.
  • Strong knowledge of utilities, facilities, production equipment, automation systems, and industrial safety standards.
  • Experience in spare parts management, inventory control, and maintenance budget management.
  • Familiarity with Management of Change (MOC) processes and internal control requirements.
  • Ability to analyze equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
