Job Description

As an ERP Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of an ERP upgrade project (planning → go-live)
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across key functions
  • Map current and future business processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align scope and timelines
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing, training, and deployment activities
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of system updates or enhancements.
  • Training and supporting end-users to maximize system utilization.
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Developing reports and dashboards for better decision-making within the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ERP Manager should have:

  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (Arito, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or ERP implementation/upgrade projects
  • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in system training and user support.
  • Knowledge of data security and system performance monitoring.
