With a massive global footprint and thousands of experts worldwide, they are a primary entity in helping financial institutions and corporations make sustainable, data-dedicated outcomes throughout the credit lifecycle.Job DescriptionStrategic Coordination: Establish the long-term data vision, frameworks, and governance models while mentoring and scaling a high-performing team of data scientists and data researchers.Solution Development: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of predictive quantitative initiatives, ensuring robust design and deployment of advanced models (e.g., credit scorecards, portfolio metrics, and machine learning solutions).Stakeholder & Project Oversight: Act as a experienced expert advisor to senior bank executives and institutional clients, translating complex mathematical approaches into commercial business insights.Commercial Growth: Partner closely with consulting and sales divisions to identify technical upsell opportunities, empowering key client pitches through thought guidance.Compliance: Maintain rigorous model validation, documentation, and compliance with internal parameters and external regulatory frameworks (such as IFRS9/ECL modeling).The Successful ApplicantEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Banking, or a highly quantitative field.Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in data operations, with a heavy emphasis on credit risk modeling, risk parameter generation, and lending lifecycle scorecards (origination, behavior, collections) within a banking or premium risk-consulting environment.Steering: Demonstrated experience in managing, structuring, and developing technical data teams.Technical Skills: Expert insight predictive modeling techniques (regression, machine learning frameworks).
