Job Description

  • Develop and implement live streaming content strategies to increase audience engagement and sales conversion
  • Oversee daily live streaming operations, ensuring consistent quality and smooth execution
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning
  • Review performance metrics and apply improvements to enhance session quality and business outcomes
  • Maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-standard live commerce experiences
  • Guide and develop a team, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement
  • Work alongside marketing and commercial functions to align priorities and maximize results across channels

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline; advanced study preferred
  • Around 7+ years in broadcast media or approximately 3+ years in high-volume live streaming environments
  • Experience in content development and storytelling for digital platforms
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and business performance management
  • Effective communication and team management capabilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with evolving trends in live content
