Job Description

As an IT Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing software and hardware upgrades to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
  • Coordinating with other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.
  • Managing IT budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Leading a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead daily IT operations, infrastructure, networks, servers, and end-user support.
  • Ensure high system availability, performance, and security.
  • Oversee ERP administration, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.
  • Drive cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Manage IT projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Lead and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, procurement, and service delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions to identify and implement technology solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and support digital transformation initiatives.
