The position will lead all manufacturing operations for a high-volume electronics manufacturing facility of mid-large scale, overseeing SMT, PCB Assembly, Test, Box Build, Final Assembly, Warehousing, and Manufacturing Engineering functions.

Our client is a Global electronics manufacturer specializing in advanced power conversion solutions, serving industrial, healthcare, semiconductor, transportation, and technology customers through high-reliability PCB assembly, SMT, test, and box-build manufacturing operations.

Job Description

Production Management

  • Provide leadership and direction to Production Managers across multiple manufacturing areas.
  • Monitor production schedules and resource utilization to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Optimize labor, equipment, and material utilization to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet established quality and compliance standards.



Engineering & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the Engineering function through the Engineering Manager.
  • Support process optimization, automation, equipment upgrades, and technology investments.
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive waste reduction, productivity improvements, and operational excellence programs.



Operational Leadership

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
  • Ensure operational performance aligns with business strategy and customer requirements.
  • Develop and execute operational plans to support growth, capacity expansion, and profitability objectives.
  • Drive accountability across production teams and establish a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10-15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Minimum 5 years managing managers within an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading operations of 500+ employees.
  • Strong background in: SMT manufacturing, PCB assembly, Test operations, Box Build assembly
  • High-mix, low-volume and/or medium-volume production environments
  • Experience supporting OEM or EMS customers.
  • Strong understanding of NPI and production transfer processes.
