Job Description

As the Operations Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead and manage end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, and process optimization
  • Overseeing all engineering and manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations
  • Managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing operational teams
  • Build alignment across functions around shared goals and outcomes
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will exhibit the following skills and competencies:

  • A strong educational background in engineering (Furniture or Automotive)
  • Proven expertise in leading large-scale operations in the industrial/manufacturing industry
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Solid knowledge of operational processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience managing complex supply chains and production environments
  • Track record of delivering performance improvement and transformation
  • Experience in resource-constrained or high-growth environments is a plus
