Job Description

Customer Relationship & Business Development

  • Develop deep knowledge of key industries, identify priority customers, and map choice-making structures to uncover real business needs
  • Expand existing accounts by enhancing service experience, operational work cross-functionally, and resource utilization
  • Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders and choice-makers to enable long-term partnerships



Solution & Value Positioning

  • Demonstrate the value of cloud products, including enterprise platforms, AI solutions, and infrastructure offerings
  • Present standard and customized solutions aligned with customer business scenarios
  • Articulately deliver outcomes advantages and clearly communicate business value to customers



Opportunity Conversion & Sales Execution

  • Drive customer selections through effective stakeholder management and resource coordination
  • Execute sales strategies to convert pipeline into revenue and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Identify customer pain points and teamwork internally to improve solutions and processes



Customer Success & Delivery Assist

  • Provide end-to-end enable across the customer lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate internal resources to resolve issues and optimize customer usage
  • Contribute to customers in achieving their technical and business transformation goals

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with strong exposure to public cloud sales (B2B or government sectors)
  • Proven track record in enterprise software or PaaS solution selling; experience with key accounts preferred
  • Ability to engage senior technical stakeholders (e.g., CTOs) and influence choice-making
  • Skilled in managing negotiations and closing complex deals self-managed.
  • Strong knowledge of customer business needs and digital transformation journeys
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to position solutions and compare high-performing offerings
  • Excellent stakeholder mapping and customer segmentation capability
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
