Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Sourcing Operations, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead sourcing operations across assigned supplier groups and factories.
  • Manage supplier performance and own key operational KPIs.
  • Oversee product development, commercialization, and production activities.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with supplier senior management.
  • Drive quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to execute sourcing strategies.
  • Support production allocation and capacity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible sourcing, legal, and adidas standards.
  • Develop, coach, and lead high-performing sourcing teams.
  • Drive process improvements, digitalization, and supplier capability enhancement.
