National Sales Manager is responsible for Sales in Vietnam in order to maximize order intake volumes and revenues and ensure the right organization, structure and processes are in place for delivering the objectives. Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and driving profitable growth, meeting or exceeding, growth and financial targets. This includes the setting of success criteria, providing leadership for achievement of goals, forecasting, analyzing and reporting on sales, implementing policies, and maintaining budget. In addition, you are responsible for establishing, defining and managing to a clear strategic direction and goal attainment targets for the sales team.
