This role serves as a key strategic finance partner to the Managing Director of Vietnam, playing a critical part in shaping and delivering financial strategies that support the country's business objectives.
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across all finance-related activities. This appointment plays a critical role in guiding financial performance, ensuring strong governance, and supporting growth in a complex, regulated operating environment. Acting as a key business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
To play a key role in the company's corporate finance activities, including investor relations, fundraising, M&A support, IPO preparation, banking relationships, and Group reporting. You will work closely with senior leadership, external advisors, and financial institutions on high-impact projects that support the company's growth and capital market readiness.
The purpose of this role is to support the investment team across the full deal lifecycle, from evaluating new investment opportunities and building financial models to monitoring portfolio performance and supporting exit planning
The position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance, effective business partnering, and continuous process improvement while supporting business growth and transformation initiatives.
This role supports strategic decision‑making through rigorous financial analysis, modelling, and performance insight. The position partners closely with senior management and investors to evaluate business performance, guide investment decisions, and strengthen long‑term planning.
