Job Description



  • Develop and grow relationships with transformer manufacturers (OEMs), EPCs, consultants, and industrial end-users


  • Promote On-load tap changer, De-energize Tap Changers aligned to customer specifications


  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and technical proposal development to negotiation and post-sale coordination


  • Partner with authorized local representatives to expand coverage and support business-as-usual (BAU) and after-sales services


  • Work cross-border with regional offices to pursue multi-country opportunities and influence key stakeholders


  • Engage with customers at multiple organizational levels to align interests and overcome objections


  • Contribute to proposal content, sales reporting, pipeline management, and marketing campaigns


  • Represent the company in exhibitions, technical seminars, and industry events



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales or account management in transformer equipment or power systems


  • In-depth knowledge of transformer operations.


  • Track record of sales cycles involving OEMs, EPCs, and end-users


  • Experience in handling after-sales coordination, product demonstrations, and technical clarifications


  • Industry exposure to utilities, renewable energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, rail, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage
