Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general ledger accuracy, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and compliant with VAS/IFRS and internal policies.
  • Review and monitor accounting entries across AP, AR, GL, and Tax, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and proper supporting documentation.
  • Lead the preparation, review, and consolidation of financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
  • Manage tax compliance including VAT, WHT/FCWT, License Tax, CIT; ensure timely submissions and audit-ready documentation.
  • Prepare and review tax working papers, support audits, and monitor changes in tax regulations to mitigate risk.
  • Support treasury-related activities such as loan reporting, interest cost optimization, and cash flow forecast reviews.
  • Participate in system enhancement and ERP implementation projects to improve efficiency, visibility, and control.
  • Identify, propose, and implement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce month-end workload, and resolve audit findings.

The Successful Applicant



Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of total accounting experience, including at least 3 years in relevant roles.
  • Strong understanding of VAS and IFRS.
  • Experience supervising and supporting accounting team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Strong sense of compliance, integrity, accountability, and accuracy.
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
