Job Description

The Business Development Manager will serve as a core member of the Vietnam team and drive end‑to‑end enterprise sales.

  • Owning the full enterprise sales cycle from bidding to contract signing, onboarding, and launch
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects
  • Developing long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives and department heads
  • Conducting sales presentations, solution pitches, and commercial negotiations
  • Defining and refining target segments aligned with the company's strategic focus
  • Attending industry events to expand network presence and strengthen brand visibility
  • Developing partnerships and new business opportunities through strategic prospecting
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless client experience
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue and activation targets
  • Maintaining strong market awareness, market intelligence, and industry insights

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate brings:

  • 5+ years B2B enterprise sales experience
  • A strong track record of closing large corporate accounts
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CHROs, COOs, or similar functions
  • Background in fintech, financial services, HR tech, SaaS, payroll, or related sectors (preferred)
  • Experience selling into BPO, logistics, tech, manufacturing, or service industries (advantageous)
  • Take full ownership, and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for action and results
