Job Description

  • Identify and acquire new customers within the on-premise channel such as hospitality and food service segments
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies aligned with channel priorities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure revenue expansion
  • Manage contract negotiations and finalize contracts with new customers
  • Conduct regular market visits and review market intelligent activities to identify opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and produce periodic reports

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or key account management within on-premise channels
  • Demonstrated success in business development and customer acquisition
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities
  • Data-oriented approach to tracking performance and forecasting outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Clear communication, sound judgment, and strong organizational ability
  • Willingness to work in a field-based role with frequent market visits
