Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including billing, AP/AR, intercompany transactions, and month-end close
  • Prepare statutory and management financial reports in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and local regulations
  • Manage all tax compliance matters (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT, and other applicable filings) and liaise with authorities
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and issue resolution
  • Oversee cash flow, treasury activities, banking relationships, and cash forecasting
  • Drive budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis to support business performance
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and regional finance teams to support operations and process improvements



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Valid Vietnamese Chief Accountant certificate
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior accounting or chief accountant role
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax, and statutory reporting
  • Experience working in structured, professional, or multinational environments
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional stakeholders
