Job Description

  • Define and implement enterprise AI and data science strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Advise senior executives on data-driven opportunities for growth and risk management.
  • Lead design, development, and deployment of predictive models (credit scoring, fraud detection, etc.).
  • Oversee governance and lifecycle management of AI/ML models.
  • Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering to build scalable data platforms and infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with business units to identify high-impact use cases and deliver measurable results.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing data science team, including recruitment and succession planning.
  • Act as a role model for corporate culture and values.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years in data science or advanced analytics, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience deploying AI/ML models in large-scale production environments.
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and big data technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with Spark, Hadoop, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to influence at the executive level.
