Job Description

  • Develop and execute the enterprise-wide Technology, Digital, Data, and AI strategy for a greenfield infrastructure development.
  • Design the target-state architecture covering operational technologies (OT), enterprise IT, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, communications, IoT, and intelligent automation.
  • Build a fully integrated AI-native operating model leveraging machine learning, computer vision, predictive analytics, digital twins, autonomous systems, and Generative AI.
  • Lead vendor selection, technology procurement, strategic partnerships, and large-scale system implementation programs.
  • Establish the organization's data and AI foundations including enterprise data platforms, governance frameworks, MLOps, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
  • Create a smart infrastructure ecosystem that enables real-time visibility, predictive operations, asset optimization, and seamless stakeholder experiences.
  • Drive the adoption of automation and autonomous technologies across operations, engineering, security, maintenance, customer services, and logistics functions.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across Technology, Digital, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, and Innovation.
  • Ensure world-class standards in cybersecurity, resilience, business continuity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner closely with executive stakeholders to align technology investments with operational, commercial, sustainability, and growth objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience across technology, digital transformation, data, AI, or smart infrastructure environments.
  • Speaking Vietnamese and English fluentlly
  • Proven experience building technology functions, platforms, or digital businesses from the ground up.
  • Track record leading large-scale greenfield transformation, smart city, transportation, logistics, industrial, energy, utilities, telecommunications, or complex infrastructure programs.
  • Deep experience delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation and AI initiatives at significant scale.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-hundred-million-dollar technology investments and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
