To play a key role in the company's corporate finance activities, including investor relations, fundraising, M&A support, IPO preparation, and banking relationships. Job Description

  • Support senior management with financial narratives, investor presentations, quarterly updates, and board materials
  • Coordinate equity and debt fundraising activities, including data room preparation and investor/lender due diligence
  • Support IPO readiness initiatives such as reporting upgrades, internal controls, and coordination with advisors
  • Assist in M&A activities including target screening, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and integration support
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, investment banks, and financial institutions
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and regional expansion initiatives in Vietnam and SEA
  • Provide financial analysis to support M&A, brand onboarding, and category expansion decisions
  • Support structuring of financial terms in key contracts and conduct competitive benchmarking
  • Contribute to performance tracking, management reporting, and identification of key growth and profitability drivers
  • Act as a finance partner to internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting cross-functional execution and compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate or strategic finance across e‑commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG, with strong fundamentals in financial analysis and decision support
  • Background in investment banking, Big 4 advisory, corporate finance, or private equity is highly advantageous
  • Hands-on exposure to IPO preparation, M&A, fundraising, and bank relationship management
  • Strong financial modelling capability (DCF, comparables) with solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint; BI tools experience is a plus; fluent in Vietnamese and English
