Job Description

    • Define and execute the company's technology, digital, data, and AI strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, corporate functions, and customer-facing operations.
    • Establish and scale AI, advanced analytics, and data capabilities to improve productivity, quality, forecasting, and decision-making.
    • Modernize enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, and application architecture to support regional and global growth.
    • Ensure strong cybersecurity, technology governance, and operational resilience.
    • Build and lead high-performing teams across Technology, Digital, Data & AI.
    • Manage key technology partners, vendors, and strategic investments.



The Successful Applicant

    • 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
    • Proven experience as CTO, CIO, Chief Digital Officer, IT Director, Head of Tech or senior technology executive positions
    • Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
    • Proven track record building enterprise AI, Data & Analytics capabilities.
    • Experience leading large cross-functional technology and transformation teams.
    • Track record of influencing executive stakeholders and boards.
