Job Description

As a Demand Planning Assistant Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

* Lead the demand planning process and develop accurate sales forecasts

* Facilitate S&OP discussions with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams

* Incorporate promotions, product launches and market trends into forecasts

* Coordinate with regional supply teams on stock availability and allocation

* Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health and service-level performance

* Drive process improvements and implement regional planning best practices

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planning Manager should have:

* Solid experience in demand planning, forecasting or S&OP

* Background in FMCG, beauty, consumer goods or retail is preferred

* Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness

* Effective cross-functional stakeholder management

* Proficiency in Excel and planning systems; SAP experience is an advantage

* Good command of English
