Job Description

Your main responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth boutique management and adherence to company standards.
  • Supporting sales teams in achieving targets and maintaining exceptional customer service levels.
  • Collaborating with upper management to develop and implement effective strategies for sales growth.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper stock management with product categories
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures across all boutique activities.
  • Fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

You should have:

  • Background in retail operations with strong expertise in luxury retail, fashion preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and inspire boutique staff.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales performance and implementing improvement strategies.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and boutique operations is an advantage
