Job Description

As a Deputy Plant Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee Production, Quality, and NPI to meet plant and customer requirements.
  • Drive line balancing, OEE, yield, productivity, and capacity improvement.
  • Improve process capability, Cpk, and FPCB wet chemical processes.
  • Lead NPI, industrialization, and mass-production ramp-up of thin-film heater products.
  • Drive automation, semi-automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy Plant Director should have:

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in FPCB, precision electronics, or automotive manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in FPCB wet chemical processes, Cpk, yield, and process optimization.
  • Solid knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, and automotive quality systems.
  • Proven leadership in production management, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent English, strong stakeholder management, and experience working with global teams.
