Job Description

  • Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and target architecture, aligning AI investments with strategic business priorities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and other applied AI use cases from ideation and experimentation through to production.
  • Establish robust AI governance, Responsible AI standards, security controls, and operating frameworks covering areas such as privacy, explainability, fairness, risk, and model performance.
  • Build scalable AI capabilities across cloud, data, ML/GenAI platforms, LLMs, vector databases, model management, orchestration, and monitoring.
  • Drive the industrialization of AI through strong MLOps/GenAI Ops practices, including testing, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI opportunities with measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead technology and vendor strategy across AI platforms, LLM providers, cloud technologies, and related solutions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Applied AI team, developing capabilities, career paths, and a strong AI community across the organization.
  • Drive organizational adoption by embedding AI solutions into business processes, technology platforms, and operating models.
  • Establish appropriate KPIs, OKRs, and value-realization mechanisms to measure the impact of AI investments and transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience across technology transformation, digital transformation, process re-engineering, data, analytics, or AI, ideally within financial services.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, managing senior technology, data, AI, or transformation professionals.
  • Strong track record of taking AI/analytics initiatives from concept or PoC through to scaled production and adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, NLP, Machine Learning, RAG, LLMs and/or Agentic AI.
  • Strong understanding of AI architecture, MLOps/GenAI Ops, AI governance, and Responsible AI.
  • Experience with technologies such as Azure, Databricks, Azure ML, MLflow, Python, SQL, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide AI adoption, change management, and transformation programs.
  • Strong commercial and business mindset, with the ability to connect AI investments to measurable business value and productivity gains.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both C-level executives and technical teams.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese.



Preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365/Copilot adoption at enterprise scale.
  • Experience managing AI/technology vendors and LLM or AI platform partnerships.
  • Exposure to vector databases, prompt management, AI evaluation frameworks, and AI safety/guardrails.
  • Relevant certifications in Azure AI, data, cloud architecture, AI, or change management.
