Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of analytics and data professionals.
  • Deliver executive-level insights, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Drive analytics initiatives that improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and business performance.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
  • Champion data governance, quality, and risk management standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Decision Science, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing analytics teams.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience within Financial Services, Consulting, Technology, or other data-driven environments.
