Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and monitoring safety standards across all manufacturing activities.
  • Managing teams and allocating resources to meet production goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Analyzing production data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments to optimize workflows.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.

The Successful Applicant

Should have:

  • A strong background in engineering or manufacturing disciplines.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the food manufacturing
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to improve production processes.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • The ability to handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English
