Following substantial expansion, the launch of new operating assets, and an active growth agenda.Job DescriptionFinancial Leadership & Business PartneringAct as a key finance partner to the executive leadership team across multiple healthcare assets. * Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes.Provide clear financial insights and business recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.Translate complex financial information into meaningful business narratives and actionable recommendations.Support leadership in evaluating growth initiatives, capital allocation decisions and operational improvements.Finance OperationsLead and optimise the finance function across head office and operating entities.Review and improve financial processes, controls and reporting frameworks.Drive efficiency, standardisation and best practice across finance and accounting activities.Take ownership of finance projects and ensure successful implementation from concept through execution.Work closely with operational teams to improve financial visibility and accountability across the organisation.Planning,Budgeting & ReportingLead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities.Monitor business performance against budgets and key financial metrics.Develop management reporting that supports effective business decision-making.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with local accounting standards.Team LeadershipManage and develop finance and accounting teams across the organisation.Build capabilities within the finance function and create a high-performance culture.Foster strong collaboration across finance, accounting, operations and other business units.Growth & TransformationSupport the organisation during its next stage of expansion, including integration of new business units and potential M&A activities.Assist with the implementation of new financial processes, systems and reporting capabilities.Contribute to the ongoing professionalisation and scalability of the finance function.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.Experience in a Finance Director, Head of Finance, Financial Controller or equivalent senior finance leadership role.Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, management reporting and financial controls.Demonstrated experience improving finance processes, systems and organisational effectiveness.Strong understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).Experience working within a fast-growing, complex or multi-site organisation.Healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospital or broader healthcare services experience is advantageous.What's on Offer Interested in learning more?
