Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsDriving Regional Clean Energy and SustainabilityCross-Border Career Growth and LeadershipAbout Our ClientA leading renewable energy investor and developer in Southeast Asia, supporting the region's transition toward cleaner and more sustainable energy solutions.Job DescriptionOversee Group finance operations, consolidation, reporting and financial analysis across countries and entities.Standardize Group-wide financial reporting, processes and accounting practices.Lead Group FP&A, annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.Monitor financial performance, analyze variances and identify risks and growth opportunities.Develop financial models, scenario analysis and projections to support management decisions.Manage Group cash flow, liquidity, treasury, banking relationships and working capital.Support financing, refinancing and loan agreement management.Partner with Group and country leadership to improve profitability, operational efficiency and cash generation.Strengthen financial controls, compliance, risk management and audit resolution.Coordinate financial reporting and communications with the Committee, Board, shareholders, investors and lenders.Lead and develop country finance teams, including capability building and succession planning.Drive continuous improvement, cross-country collaboration and financial accountability across the Group.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields; CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior finance management in MNCs/regional businesses; renewable energy or infrastructure preferred.Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow and treasury management.Proven experience managing multi-country finance teams across Southeast Asia and working with senior management, banks, auditors and external advisors.Strong financial modelling, commercial analysis and business partnering skills, with a solid understanding of financial and operational drivers.Fluent English; strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills; hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented and high integrity.What's on OfferA competitive salary package.A Cross-border career growth and leadership.This is a rewarding opportunity for a Finance Director to contribute to the Renewable Energy industry in Ho Chi Minh.
