Job Description

  • Take full ownership of all finance functions including accounting, tax, treasury, credit & collections, financial analysis, and finance systems administration.
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes from conceptualisation through implementation and monitoring.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all financial and management reports in accordance with local statutory requirements and Group reporting standards.
  • Implement and enforce finance policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure strong governance and smooth financial operations across all functions.
  • Drive compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and taxation requirements, acting as the key point of contact for audits and inspections.
  • Coordinate with external advisors including auditors, tax consultants, and legal counsel on matters relating to finance, tax, and compliance.
  • Execute and cascade financial directives, policies, and initiatives issued by Market and Global Headquarters.
  • Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business planning, decision‑making, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, coach, and lead the finance team, including accounting, tax, credit services, financial analysis, and supply chain finance functions.
  • Conduct internal finance training and knowledge‑sharing sessions to strengthen financial awareness and capability across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' relevant finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Solid knowledge of local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, with experience in multinational or matrix‑structured organisations.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic and collaborative mindset.
