General Manager (Industrial Product)

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of the entire organization. Reporting directly to the Chairman of the company, you will be responsible for overseeing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the business and ensuring the seamless coordination of various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Design, Costing, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Safety.

1. P&L Oversight: Manage and optimise the company's financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
2. Departmental Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to departments such as Sales, Marketing, Design, Costing, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Safety.
3. Market Expansion: Drive initiatives to expand the company's presence in the European and American markets, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring effective market penetration.
4. Quality Control: Oversee and enhance quality control processes to ensure the delivery of top-notch products that meet international standards.
5. Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to streamline production processes and meet customer demands.
6. Team Management: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork across all levels of the organisation.
7. Safety Compliance: Ensure the implementation of rigorous safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Human Resources: Work closely with the HR department to attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
